Our Family's Texas Trip!

Well, Kimi helped me set up a blog and, with Dad's encouragement, I have decided to do something with it. (I know, I know--she set it up for me a year or so ago, but I forgot how to get to it and use it!)

Since our trip to Texas was such a wonderful time for us, we are going to start with pictures from that trip! We had so much fun and it was the first time our family had all been together for a very long time.

Our first highlight was Savannah's Baptism--Congratulations, Savannah!
Kimberly gave a talk at the baptism on the Holy Ghost and gave Savannah this soft "comforter" as part of an analogy of how the Holy Ghost can be a Comforter to her!

What a blessing it was to be together for this memorable event! Thanks for sharing this experience with us, Savannah! We were sorry that more of your family couldn't be there, but we were all very glad to participate with you!

Our first weekend in Texas was spent at Kimi's house (below)...

...And hanging out at Melissa's home--thanks for opening your homes to us!

Some of the family met Grant for dinner while he was at work and he gave them a tour of his Blackhawk helicopter that he flies for the United States Army. What an interesting experience!

Good job mom! You are a great blogger. Now just don't forget to add lots of pics every time something fun happens and I miss it!
